We would like to make your shopping experience with us feel safe, reliable and straight forward. Please find below our terms and conditions of sale and your rights when purchasing from us. By placing an order with Amber Moon confirms your agreement to our terms and conditions below.
We use Paypal as our method of payment, which accepts all major debit and credit cards. Overseas buyers must use PayPal for payment (you do not have to have a paypal account to do this).
We also accept cheques. Goods will not be despatched until payment has cleared our account. If paying by cheque, an email will be sent to you with full instructions on how to complete the order.
We aim to despatch within 1 to 2 working days upon receiving your order and cleared payment.
If for any reason there is any delay, we will inform you as soon as we can.

Our International Tracked and Signed service is Tracked until the package is transferred to the domestic courier in your destination country. You will be updated with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. This service requires a signature upon arrival at its final destination.

We do try to describe our products as accurately as we can, but all weights and measurements are approximate.
Our Right to Cancel
Amber Moon reserve the right to cancel any order made within 48 hours (although highly unlikely).
Any payment made will be fully refunded and notification will be given as soon as possible.
All information, your name, address and contact details will be treated lawfully and in accordance with 1998 Data Protection Act.
Any contact will be via email, however you can enter your telephone number incase of email failure.
We will not contact you for any reason other than that related to your order or answering any questions you may have.
No information will ever be passed on to a third party.
Under UK Law, you have the right to cancel your order starting immediately and ending 14 days from the day the goods were received.
If you decide to return goods, your should notify us by email and must be returned in the same condition that you received it. As long as the goods are returned unused, in the original condition, in its original packaging and returned at your own expense, a full refund will be made .
Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
NOTE: In the interest of hygiene, earrings cannot be be refunded.
This ‘returns and refunds policy’ does not affect your consumer statutory rights.
To return your item/s, please email us for the return instructions.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
